TRACK PM: Reservations

Hello! My name is Emily Riechers. I grew up in Southern Wisconsin in a little (though not so little anymore) town called Sun Prairie, just outside Madison. I attended UW-Madison Business School and received my BA in Management and Human Resources in 2012. I worked 2 years for a hotel on campus as their Business Manager, working closely with Front Desk Operations and Sales. Relocating to the Twin Cities, MN in 2013 I began as the Assistant General Manager for a condo-hotel-resort type property called Stout’s Island Lodge in Birchwood, WI and worked there for 5 years, assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager role in 2014 and then managing another sister property called Hotel 340 in Saint Paul, MN. While working at Stout’s Island & Hotel 340, I wore many hats (as those of us in hospitality often do) and gained valuable experience in accounting, marketing, operations, and effective resources allocation. I joined the TRACK team in October 2018 as an Implementation Team Lead for our property management software. It is my goal to apply my knowledge and experience to assist each and every one of our clients to exceed their goals and streamline their operations.
